Solution
The company implemented eSHARE to apply a uniform set of controls to externally shared files, layered directly onto its existing Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online environment. Key requirements included the ability to share information without giving it away — online viewing and editing with no right to download — reliable links that aren't blocked even by the Great Firewall of China, and the ability to share directly from OneDrive and SharePoint Online without duplicating data.
