Mike has a long history of fusing tech knowledge with business acumen. As a collaborative leader, Mike fosters a climate of energy and inspiration to empower his teams to execute strategies for sustainable business growth. Most recently as CEO of POWWR, Mike led the company to earn the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America recognition in 2021.

Niki Sotiropoulou, with over two decades of extensive Marketing experience in both B2B and B2C sectors, now leads as the CMO, known for her strategic prowess in marrying marketing strategies with overarching business objectives. Her tenure includes pivotal roles in market-leading companies like viva.com and being celebrated as a top influencer in marketing, testament to her innovative approach and impact on growth.
Managing Director – EMEA
Harry is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years in the field. Notably, he founded ENCODE, a globally recognized cybersecurity firm. Harry has held key roles at Reuters and Deloitte and recently served as a Partner at CYVERNO while also founding a stealth-mode cybersecurity startup. Now, he's continuing his impact as Managing Director, EMEA at eShare. A perpetual innovator, Harry holds a BSc from Athens University of Economics and Business and an MSc from Royal Holloway College, University of London.
VP, Customer Success
Chakra has over 18 years of client service leadership experience building and leading Professional Services and Customer Success organizations. At eShare, Chakra is responsible for all aspects of enablement and implementation services, training, support and customer advocacy across eShare’s Fortune 2000 customer footprint. Chakra has previously held leadership positions at Optiv and Digital Guardian.
VP, Product Management
Bill has held sales and marketing leadership positions within startups in the semiconductor, digital marketing and information security markets, oftentimes being the startup’s first business development person. Previous ventures include Equate Analytics, Cogo Labs, Digital Guardian, Cadence, LSI Logic and Hewlett Packard.
Chief Information Security Officer
Tom brings to eShare a passion for developing and delivering robust and secure technology strategies, from internal I.T. to commercial SaaS and Cloud operations, to some of the most highly regulated market sectors including financial services, life sciences and healthcare. Tom has had CISO, CIO and senior security and technology leadership roles for Orion Health, NantHealth, NaviNet and PhaseForward.

John has a successful track record of intersecting system-wide industry specific problems and solving them with critical transformational technology. Previously at Medline, John delivered over $50M in annual sales working in collaboration with internal team and leading healthcare organizations. John has also held enterprise sales executive roles at Excel Medical (now Hill-rohm) and MEDITECH.

For 20 years, Arthur has brought security innovations to enterprise customers. At Sternum, Morphisec, CloudLock, and Digital Guardian, he helped the Fortune 500 assure cyber security and productivity following adoption of new computing technologies. A security purist, he is responsible for sales to customers with a commitment to modernizing, future-proofing and maximizing the collaboration potential of the digital workplace.
VP, Security and Compliance Solutions
Prior to joining eShare, Ilya led a consultation practice for Microsoft’s largest compliance partners and held a position within Microsoft’s Cyber Security Group as a Global Black Belt. As the America’s lead for Microsoft’s GDPR Champs community, he consulted with Microsoft’s largest and most strategic partners to achieve their Security and Regulatory goals. He holds security certifications from both ISACA and ISC2 (CISM and CISSP respectively) and maintains membership in OWASP and IAPP.

Andrew has a solid history of helping companies grow through solid branding and cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
