How It Works
- A user pastes a SharePoint or OneDrive link into a Teams chat or meeting that includes external participants; eSHARE detects the link immediately.
- Once the message is sent, eSHARE automatically creates a Trusted Share and generates secure access links for all chat members using Access Link policies.
- Any new M365 link pasted later in the same chat is automatically added to the existing Trusted Share.
