Mike has nearly three decades of global experience in cybersecurity and digital trust across healthcare, biopharma, and technology. As Chief Strategy & Trust Officer at eSHARE, he guides strategic direction at the intersection of cross-enterprise collaboration and unstructured data security. Previously, Mike served as Chief Security & Trust Officer at Veza, Chief Digital Trust Officer at Takeda, and CISO at Allergan and GSK. He has led security for over 50 M&A transactions exceeding $40B and has been inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame.
