In his new position, Michael will accelerate eShare’s momentum by applying his innovative background to lead marketing efforts, identify new opportunities for growth, and spearhead the execution of all Go-to-Market strategies.

By designing scalable solutions, Michael drives profitability and devises new programs to generate recurring revenue. As a collaborative leader, Michael fosters a climate of energy and inspiration to empower his teams to execute strategies for sustainable business growth.
Most recently as CEO of POWWR, Michael simplified the software sales portfolio and built high-caliber, global remote teams to develop and implement B2B software for retail energy customers. His leadership led the company to 48% sales growth, 69% customer growth, and earning POWWR the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America recognition in 2021.
Prior roles included Senior Director of Technology Solutions at Verdasys (Digital Guardian) and Senior Team Lead GE Capital Americas’ Center of Excellence.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and marketing from American University in Washington, DC. He has also been issued two patents. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams and being a Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts den and pack leader.
