eShare customers can choose from a rich set of fine-grained controls when sharing sensitive information, including restricting users to a view or edit-only experience, requiring a watermark with their email and IP address to download, automatic expiration - and more.
Today, eShare is delighted to announce support for requiring external recipients to login with their OpenID - specifically, Microsoft Office or Google GSuite.
If enabled, recipients are able to authenticate through Microsoft or Google instead of using the re-branded eShare signup form.
This feature is currently disabled for all tenants, but can be turned on anytime via the administrative web portal. Please contact us for support in activating it, or if you'd like a demo.
